Change the location of the menu bar in Internet Explorer 7

A really great tweak for IE7. Just make a little .reg file and run it; next time you’ll load internet explorer 7, you’ll see the file menu on top of th explorer window (beneath the “e” icon and the the text near it).

      I have noted this reg fix in my places. My problem with it is that it doesn’t so much put the menu bar at the topmost, as it puts the address bar bottommost. What I want is the menu bar up top.. the address bar beneath it.. BUT THEN OTHER TOOLBARS BENEATH THE ADDRESS BAR. THIS FIX FORCES ANY ADDED TOOLBARS TO REMAIN ABOVE THE ADDRESS BAR
