This is a really simple macro tool you can build to do it.
- Download this text file an open it.
- Copy the text in the file.
- Open Outlook, press on alt+F11.
- Paste the text. Press on ctrl+s.
- Press on alt+q.
- That’s it.
Now, when ever you have an email with a lot of pictures attached to it just apply this macro. To assign an icon in the toolbar to this macro, just right-click anywhere in the toolbar, choose customize, and then click the commands tab. In the categories list, click macros. Find your macro in the commands list, then click and drag it to a toolbar. Right click on it to change it’s name and icon.
